More Delays

Well, I was wanting to start training on the 5th of August, but some surgery for my step daughter was threatening to delay it. However, I was the one who ended up having surgery on August 5th.
Had vein stripping (x 3) and open wound debridement and skin graft. Went home Friday, 080908, at 2 pm. Four hours later, I was in ER being readmitted (into the same room!!!)for possible clot. Turned out to be bad case of gout.
Well, going to be out for 6-8 weeks, then I'll need to work some to play catch up on some bills, then I'll try again with Prime.

No Pumpkin- ITS PRIME TIME!!

Well, I was all set, with my sites on the great pumpkin.
But, after reading several messages and blogs, and studying Prime's website, I am now in the process of applying to Prime.
My goal date is August 5.
I got a few hurdles to get over, but I am excited.

Just set up my blog. I am a wanna-be truck driver. Hoping to drive for Schneider National by spring or summer 2008.
But, I am, sort of, a truck driver. I work for Rentacenter, and drive a 10' box van. (Yes, I know that doesn't quite count, but, hey, it is a truck!!)
